PS Publishing is a limited company based in the United Kingdom. Our aim is to produce high quality, collectable but affordable signed limited editions within the field of science fiction, fantasy and horror.

We put out our first four books in 1999 and we have published over 600 titles since. In between, we've had novels, collections, non-fiction - including a collaboration with Tartarus Press - a brand new short fiction magazine (Postscripts), an innovative new grandstand for up-and-coming talents (PS Showcase) and lots more novellas...

We've also won six British Fantasy Awards for the Best Small Press and have received similar recognition from the Horror Writers Association and have won the World Fantasy Award and the International Horror Guild Award.

We have tried to make purchasing from the PS Publishing website as simple as possible:

• Browse our store by clicking on the categories on the HOME PAGE and choosing the titles within.
• Add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.
• Click on VIEW CART and you will see the contents of your shopping basket. You can ammened the details, continue shopping or checkout. On checking out you will be prompted for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We use PayPal as our "payment gateway", but - in most cases - you don't need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card through PayPal's gateway.  If you find you can't pay by credit card and you're unwilling or unable to use a PayPal account send us an email and we'll try to set up some alternative with you.

PRICING: If you are shopping from North America you can click on 'currency flag' at the top of the HOME PAGE and switch to the US Dollar. The Euro, Australian and Canadian Dollars are also available.

PayPal and/or your credit card company will convert any transactions with us into US Dollars or Euros at their own current exchange rate at the time you make the purchase. The amount you actually pay for your order may therefore differ very slightly from the total shown in the shopping cart at the time of purchase, but this is completely out of our hands.

Shipping costs are added automatically to your order at the checkout stage, while you're adding your shipping address details; you'll see the charges before you're asked to make payment.

Occasionally certain items from the PS catalogue may be charged at a higher rate of p&p - if they are particularly high-value and require insurance in addition to the standard charge, for example. When this is the case, the alterations in the p&p charge will be clearly detailed in the item description on the relevant catalogue page.

Credit card payments made via Paypal will be processed immediately, and your order will usually be despatched within two working days. If a longer delay is the case, we'll have announced it in the NEWSROOM or Blog.

We ship all our orders via Royal Mail PPI 1st Class Post. Please allow the following time periods for delivery:

• 2 - 4 working days for delivery within the UK
• 5 - 7 working days for EUROPEAN UNION locations
• 10 - 14 working days for delivery to US, CANADA, AUSTRALASIA and othe WORLDWIDE locations. 

Please be aware that these are guidelines only. Deliveries times may vary in holiday periods, adverse weather conditions or may be subject to the internal policies of postal authorities in non UK countries.

Orders received for FORTHCOMING titles will be held on back order until finished copies of the product are received.

Please note that stock figures on the website are updated daily, but not in real-time, some items may appear to be available when they are, in fact, out of stock. In the event that payment is taken for an item that we subsequently discover is out of stock (and therefore, in the majority of cases, out of print) a full refund will be given.

If your order arrives damaged or if you are, for any reason, dissatisfied with the items included in your order, please contact as soon as possible so we can discuss the best way to resolve the situation to everyone's satisfaction.​​​​​​​

We promise to only send you information that we believe is of direct interest and relevance to the PS Publishing line of books and magazines. We may, at our discretion and from time to time, include information and offers from third party partners (usually other small press publishers) within an e-bulletin. Such information will clearly be marked and described as having originated from a third party.

We guarantee that we will never sell, rent, lease, barter, exhange or give your information to any other third party without asking your express permission first. We hate spammers just as much as you do so we'll do everything we can to make sure you don't end up on any spam lists as a result of our actions.
